Booking T&Cs

Thank you for contacting SCP to book a photo shoot.  Before booking your shoot you must read and agree to the below.  If you do not agree to any of the below your shoot cannot take place.  Only once received will you receive your invoice to book.  Thank you.
  • I do not provide unedited images
  • I do not provide RAW format images
  • I edit my images in my own style.  My art form is important to me to keep my brand consistent and produce work which I am happy with.  Please do not request for alternative editing style, for example you wouldn’t request that Van Gogh paints without texture, and so I ask that you respect my art.  My editing style can be seen as ‘heavy’ as is fine art editing.   If you do not like this style I am not the Photographer for you
  • If you do not pay your deposit within the timeframe specified by SCP your shoot will be cancelled
  • If you do not pay your balance by midnight the day before your photo shoot is scheduled your shoot will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded
  • All vouchers are non-refundable and subject to additional T&Cs shown on the voucher
  • A minimum of 72hrs notice must be given for any postponements or cancellations any monies paid to date will be lost if you provide any less than 72hrs notice
  • I am a digital Photographer and so basic computer skills are required to work with me such as confidence to download images from links
  • You understand that I hold the copyright to the images which I capture and with this retain the right to use images taken during your photo shoot on my website and/or social media accounts
  • You understand that I may capture behind the scenes footage to use on my website and/or social media accounts
  • You will receive a sample image to view within 72hrs of your photo shoot
  • After you have ordered your images my usual turnaround time for edits to be sent is 4-8 weeks (excluding weddings).  However you have an option to upgrade to a 2-5 day turnaround for an additional fee if you are in a hurry
  • You will only receive the images included within your package and any which you have purchased as extra
  • You can purchase extra images if you wish
  • Printing prices on request, however, you have the right to print your ordered/edited images
  • You do not have the rights to any images sent to you for viewing purposes therefore you must not screen shot or crop from contact sheets and must not print any images from the contact sheets.  You must not use these images in anyway other than to choose from.  This would be a breach of copyright
