New Wedding Client Info Form

Thank you for entrusting SCP to capture your wedding day.  There are just a few things I need from you at this stage in order to prepare a contract. Closer to the big day I’ll also need my wedding form completing which will contain more detailed questions about your day.  If you have any questions for me please do not hesitate to contact me. 
    If you move house before your big day please update me, as this address will be used to send your final images to (excluding download only packages)
    Prices shown in this drop down are the standard prices. Therefore exclude any sales in place, however, if you have booked during a sale you will receive the sale price (all sales subject to T&Cs)
    Using the details from  your chosen package please confirm the time from and to which you would like covering.  For example the Rose package is for a total of 8 hours coverage, therefore in the above box you could add 11:00-19:00 or 12:00-20:00 etc. 
We had Sara as our photographer in April this year after initially being booked back for a 2020 wedding! Sara has been amazing through the whole process from changes of dates to the wedding day. She really was the best on our wedding day and genuinely felt like we’d known her for a long time, fun personality and she knows what she is doing and so so creative and natural all at the same time! We have received our photos back and they are amazing, Sara has unbelievable talent and we cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much Sara. Xxx
