Wedding Terms and Conditions
For the purposes of the following statement when SCP is referred to this is short for Sara Callow Photography both terms are one and the same. The following statement is in addition to any specific T&Cs stated in any SCP materials including special offer advertisements. Upon booking you will be required to pay a none refundable deposit to secure your date. If you cancel your booking for any reason this will not be returned. If you cancel your booking with less than one month's notice (from the date of your wedding) then any monies paid to SCP will not be refunded. You must provide a meal for any staff in attendance representing SCP during your wedding day. Your wedding Photography rate may be subject to additional mileage rates please discuss with SCP to check. All wedding balances are required to be paid in full 14 days before your original booked wedding day. Failure to pay the final balance on time may result in no Photographer being present to capture your day and you will lose any amounts already paid; you will be sent reminders for this throughout the run-up to your wedding day. All offers, sales and deals advertised are subject to Management discretion and will be sold as detailed in the advertising. All images include a shared copyright for more details please click here. Your wedding photos will be sent to your as soon as possible usually around 2 months or less after your wedding but maximum 6 months after your wedding. Albums will be sent out within 6 months of an album order being received. You will be kept updated on any delays with your images. Weddings, unless specified otherwise are captured up to a maximum of 21:00 capture past this time is at the discretion of SCP. If you do not complete the necessary forms sent to you Sara Callow Photography can not be held responsible for any issues arising as a result of missing information. if for any reason Sara Callow is unable to attend your wedding due to extreme illness or death a stand in Photographer will be sent to capture your wedding at the earliest possible opportunity. Any stand in Photographers used are chosen to produce as close to the same results as Sara Callow as possible. Sara Callow Photography can not be held responsible for your photos once you have received them. If you misplace your images a copy of your images will be provided at Sara Callow's discretion.
